Terms and conditions

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings set out below:
(a) “User” means any individual who accesses or uses Joy Casino’s services, website, or products.
(b) “Joy Casino” means a company registered in Canada.
(c) “Services” means all services provided by Joy Casino to Users, including, but not limited to, access to the Joy Casino website and the use of its products.

USE OF SERVICES
(a) The User acknowledges that the Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
(b) The User agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations when using the Services.
(c) The User is responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions by themselves or by any person acting on their behalf.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(a) Joy Casino retains all intellectual property rights in its website, products, and Services, including, but not limited to, copyright, design rights, and trademark rights.
(b) The User acknowledges that ownership of any materials uploaded, submitted, or created by them through the use of the Services shall vest with Joy Casino, to the extent permitted by law.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
(a) Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Joy Casino disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantable quality.
(b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Joy Casino for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services shall be limited to $100.

SECURITY
(a) The User acknowledges that they are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their own devices, accounts, and systems when using the Services.
(b) Joy Casino may suspend or restrict access to the Services if it reasonably believes that a User’s actions or systems pose a risk or may cause harm to other Users or to the Services.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
(a) These Terms and Conditions remain in effect for as long as the User continues to use the Services, unless terminated earlier by Joy Casino.
(b) Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under these Terms and Conditions shall immediately cease.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
(a) These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
(b) Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(a) Joy Casino reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
(b) Continued use of the Services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

SEVERABILITY
(a) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
(a) These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Joy Casino and the User regarding the use of the Services.
(b) Any prior agreements, communications, or understandings are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Services of Joy Casino, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
